The apartment is located in the most elegant and exposed private complex of Costa Teguise, Lanzarote.

The modern luxury apartment has a spacious south-facing balcony with spectacular sea views. With good visibility you can see Fuerteventura. The sheltered Jablillo Beach invites you to swim and linger, this is located directly in front of the apartment.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022, all furniture and fixtures were lovingly selected by the interior designer Pablo Ramos Baldi and of high quality.

The two bedrooms are equipped with luxurious double beds (160 x 200 and 150 x 200) and high-quality comfort mattresses. Special allergy bedding,

Protective covers and high-quality bed linen (LASA Home, 100% cotton) await you.

The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a spacious

washbasin with several storage compartments, as well as devices for hanging

of towels.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a spacious fridge and freezer, a ceramic hob and an oven. A Nespresso machine and a milk frother are also available.

There are two TV sets in the apartment, one in the living area and another Smart TV in the bedroom.

The use of air conditioning is free of charge for the tenant.

Fast WiFi is available in all rooms of the apartment free of charge.

As a special feature, the apartment includes a cellar for sole use. Here you can safely store your golf bags, suitcases, bicycles, surfboards, diving equipment, etc.
