The luxury apartment is located in the most elegant and privileged private complex on Costa Teguise, in Playa del Jablillo.

The modern luxury apartment has a large south-facing balcony with spectacular sea views. When visibility is good you can see Fuerteventura. The protected Playa del Jablillo invites you to swim and relax; it is located right in front of the apartment. The Nautilus residential complex has a spectacular and spacious swimming pool with direct sea views.

It was completely renovated in 2023. All furniture and accessories have been renewed to high standards. The windows, bathroom, kitchen and part of the floors have also been renovated.

Both bedrooms are equipped with luxurious double beds (160 x 200 and 150 x 200), as well as high-quality comfort mattresses with anti-allergic bed linen. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a double bed 160 x 200.

The kitchen is equipped with: a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer compartment, a ceramic hob and an oven. An espresso machine, milk frother and kettle are also available.

The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a spacious vanity with multiple storage compartments and towel hanging facilities. Wall heating is a particular advantage, especially during the winter months.

Teher is a built- in air conditioning system in the apartment.

Luz de la Luna has fast WiFi and a smart TV.

There is a desk in the apartment for working and a printer can be provided on request.

Special feature, the apartment offers a cellar for exclusive use. Here you can safely store your suitcases, golf bags, bicycles, surfboards, diving equipment, etc.

The following equipment can be added on request: cot, high chair, children's toys, children's books, stroller, microwave, second desk, radiator and fan.
